Who we are

Hospitality Energy Support (and the Hotel Energy Support brand) provide operational energy monitoring and practical advice to hospitality venues. Contact: hello@hospitalityenergysupport.co.uk.

What we collect

When you enquire or subscribe we may hold your name, work email, phone number, venue name, postcode, and the utility invoices or meter data you send us. Website hosts may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and performance.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver the monitoring service for your site, send reports and (on Premium) funding or awards alerts, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We only share what is needed with processors who help us run email or hosting, or with a specialist you have asked us to introduce. If a referral may earn a fee, we will say so.

Retention & your rights

We keep client data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for records and disputes. Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
